The cost of nexting....

I pushed up to Champs 3 as a th9. Then after the league reset and a few attacks have settled back in Masters I.
In both leagues I'm getting matched with an unusual number of th10/11. I thought that in Champs it went only by trophies but in Masters and below it was by preference of your th and trophies both...

Anyway, I just nexted past 20 something th10/11 bases before I found a th9 to attack. Is this expected? I did a sampled the top bases in my current masters I league and it seems there are still plenty of th9 bases in there. I'd expect at least to get 3-4 th9s while nexting before I'd gotten 20 th10s.

Maybe next time I'll keep an exact count.
