How to report an offensive player

I cant find report in help and support. Anyone help me out?

Take a screenshot of the offending behavior, then use the "Contact Us" link in the top-right corner of the Help and Support screen.

You may find that the Contact Us button isnt there. Just click on any question and it will show

Ditto, this works I have used this before for a gem spammer.
