Why is hero heal time so expensive?

check this out:

to gem the BK's upgrade with 1h and 10mins left will cost 21 gems

Because heroes are invincible, essentially, their way of making money off of heroes in MMing is upping the gem cost for healing.

First, it's the level.Second, it's cos aq is use more often than barb king.

Lastly the most important thing is about da $$$.They want to earn more $$$$$$$

hero is hero, there is no difference between them when it gets to healing or upgrading.
gems buy time, essentially that's what they do, but why is time priced so differently?
Why is the same period three times the amount of the other?

Yeap,Just like why requesting troop instantly is so expensive..i have use that instant button once and ended ridiculously...payed 22gem to instant request..and took it like 30mins till the CC is filled anyway.
