How you thinking release a new game while everyone was angry to you?? I believe no one clasher will believe all product you release. Supercell name get blacklist! No one will play your game, nobody want spend time and money will eventually experience the fate of disappointment is the same experienced of clas of clans! You're very sad

Im playing CoC for past 2 years and with my recommendation to my family and friends more than 15 players started to play it vigorously .now regret it for doing it, will never do it again.

of course, they were horribly wrong. the update was garbage, most people hate it but by then it was too late, the release date was already set from like months of planning and instead of pushing the release back a bit they just went ahead with it and released it anyways.
this explains the advertising. they didn't just make the advertisement instantly, it was all made before to capitalize on the success of the update, this explains their vacation (I don't think they are on vacation but if they were) because they thought the update was perfect and there was no need to stay behind because of how well received it would be. it literally explains everything.
Yeah. I'm sure they could have pushed it back a few weeks till they sorted the mess out.
