I hate of being raided 3 or 4 times and lose 200+ gold/elix per raid before I got shield.
Why not make it loot percentage shield? Let say, 40% of loot stolen from me then I get 11hrs shield.
What do you think?

To me when you lose a good amount of loot to someone that deploys his all army but doesn't do more than 20~25% damage, you should still be rewarded for doing such a great job in defense while losing resources anyway.
