And yet a small company with limited resource can provide good support, while the #1 grossing game doesn't have the resource to provide decent (not even good) support?

Dood, it's a prediction engine based on time zones and historical information (if at that). It doesn't actually have any current COC data. That's why it's call a forecast.

Exactly. And you can tell it's not accurate cos in the times that cocforecaster says loot lvls are high, its almost the opposite
