Nope I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Would have before hut now it just sucks. I'm just waiting to see if anything changes before I give up.
Depends on the people. I wouldn't recommend this game to my casual gamer friends because I have seen that go pear shape in the past when they can't invest the time to learn war strats.

Depends on the person. If they don't like strategic war games, then it's a "No.". Most of the problems were for upper ths (9,10) so it won't affect a beginning player.
At this time due to the update I would not. I wouldn't want them to become invested in a game which is, without changes, going to crash hard.
When I started things were on a rise, and investing my time and money into the game seemed like a solid investment, but now I wouldn't advise anyone to spend any money on the game or even their time unless they found the very first few levels fun, which is doubtful.
Not really. In the beginning, the few TH, it will be fun. But making progress has become almost impossible, there are other games who are more fun and rewarding.
