He seems to be genuine with everything he says in this vid. Unfortunately it really doesn't matter at this point. Even with the major youtube mouthpieces talking badly now about the update Supercell refuses to put one shred of public relations into action.
I agree with him that the next couple weeks are very important for the game. If they continue to sit on their hands and refuse to talk, then a lot of players will be reluctant to return even if they do eventually try to repair things. You can only ignore someone for so long before they quit trying to be heard forever.
sorry refuse to watch this or any other youtubers video on clash. Its funny how they all baited us with this huge announcement then a day later have another vid trying to make things right.
