Eliminate hoppers - Clash of Hoppers

TWo weeks would be too long.

Cannot join clan for one week.

Req and Leave anyone?

Just like a shield status they should have a hopper status. For instance if someone has been to 3 or more clans in 24 hours they get the hopper status and will have to wait 24 hours until that status is removed. It does not even have to be called a hopper. Just something on the shield that tells us they have been visiting too many clans.

Otherwise stop recruiting on global. It is full of hoppers.

Clan hoppers are like sharks. Theyre both perceived as very bad and evil yet in reality they do a lot of good.

penalization of gems is exaggerated but we need to do something with the hoppers like not letting ask troops for a few days
