Is TH 9.5 still possible?

Hello,

Most of you avid clashers are familiar with the popular TH 8.5/9.5 strategy. I was wondering with the recent TH 11 update, did they do away with the possibility of this strategy? Am I still considered a TH 9.5 or did Supercell take away this OP strategy? Thanks for your time.

We have a guy in our clan doing it right now so it's absolutely possible.

Whether or not it is an OP strat is debatable. It is certainly helpful in my opinion.

If you maxed th9 defenses you should drop infernos immediately.

The whole 8.5/9.5/10.5? thing is really just a strategy where you focus more into offense than defense.

I know this strategy is effective because I have seen this tactic very much abused by some clashers who build a base and bring it up to th9 with only elementary defenses (I'm talking they still had level 1 cannons) which gave them all the firepower of a TH 9 but in war they were matched down with the TH 6's. I kinda wish there was a good way for Supercell to detect and stop those abusers.
