With the addition of more space to the map it caused a weird confusion about obstacles for me. At the moment you can have a max of 40 obstacles, but with the addition of more space, does the amount of obstacles on your village at the given time increased by any chance (post update)? So after update is the amount of obstacles bumped up to lets say 50?
No announced change, so I would believe it is still 40.
i have 42 obstalces on my base, i think it has changed?

Hi! Does the special/holiday obstacles count towards the 45 limit?
Christmas trees & cauldrons do not count towards the obstacle limit.
I don't want to look for the quotes, but a mod has mentioned it more than once in the past few years.
