Galadon doesn't have anyone's back but his own. Now he's puts out another video in trying to save more people from unfollowing him. He purposely deceived everyone who follows him and the forums by tweeted about a big announcement from his twitter name "GaladonCoC". What does CoC stand for? Oh that's right Clash of Clans! If he wants to tweet about games other then clash of clans he should drop the CoC from his twitter handle. By doing that alone he deceived everyone who thought the big announcement had something to do with CoC.

I think a lot of YouTubers are hedging their bets by starting new games...

I wonder how much the numbers have dropped for Clash. I bet it's not pretty.

Maybe we are witnessing the beginning of the end?

I'd just let him be in his happy little thoughts, he doesn't understand that a company won't cut off almost 1 million people from watching free advertisements daily. I will say that Nintendo has rather strict ToS of posting content hence you dont see much of it. You can also see how the Nintendo market hasn't been able to keep up with the times, therefore a huge reduction in popularity.

Supercell can change the ToS to whatever they want as long as it's legal, the game much like Music or Movies can make it against their ToS to share content and YouTube happily complies or else they would get sued, just look at Music copy rights from Background music could be grounds for getting your video shutdown.

It's completely 100% defensible position by the simple argument of you don't have to use our product, it isn't water or food or shelter, it's not human rights to play the game. Just look at MasterOv, he showed ghosting which is against CoC/App store terms of service but no against YouTube but nether the less he got shut down. Case and point.

Everything is as I described about it in business, under the table deals, illegal decisions, you name it, the world isn't as lovely as you make it out to believe and the only reason why contracts aren't broken is because it's usually 2 very power sides with lots of resources, in this case it's Galadon who most likely couldn't afford a full time lawyer to argue his case against a large multi billion dollar company, in any possible case including civil Galadon would lose simply because he doesn't have the same resource as Supercell.

Clash of Clans may not be used as material without Supercells permission.

CoC is a product just like music and movies, any violation or use without the original creators permission.

Sigh what's stopping Supercell from changing their ToS? Nothing. Do you have any proof to prove me wrong saying Supercell cannot do these actions? I think not?
