No. How poison works is as follows:
The damage ramps up over time up to maximum damage. It stays dealing maximum damage for the entire duration that the unit is poisoned. Therefore, dropping a second poison right before the effect of the first one runs out will maximize the damage you deal with the poison spell.
As for attack speed, once dropped it will instantly slow movement and attack speed by the number indicated. These also do not stack. If you drop a max poison (50% atk speed reduction) on top of a 45% atk speed reduction poison, it will take the highest rated poison.
TLDR; stacking poisons is NEVER beneficial.
No. Poison has 2 components: Slow & Damage. Slow is applied in full effect immediately and doesn't stack - I think it will last for a short time after the unit exits the spell. The Damage component is a stacking Damage Over Time Effect. So, for example, it stacks 5 damage per second each second up to 20 stacks. That's why it starts slow, gets faster, but then caps out. I'm pretty sure that 2 poisons will stack the damage twice as fast, but it's much better to chain poisons together because it extends the time a unit has max stacks of damage.
