Our nh having same issue! No one in derby can collect prizes and everyone has sent a message to support but only getting the whole "restart your device and close and reopen the app" response. It's obviously a bigger issue than just that.
No word yet anywhere if they are even gong to try to fix?
Will next derby even start right?
