Let me explain as an android user I wasn't able to buy gems cuz of international restrictions (3rd world contrey), then there were a website which could help people with buying gems they asked me to link my account to their device and then they bought me gems now I have my own device and its been 1.5 years since then now I want to link to my own IOS device and I can provide anything, AGAIN anything but first purchase receipt

Well by doing that you violated the ToS. Your account get just get banned so sorry but support won't even help you with that.

iv also had the same poblem

while i was a th7 or 8 i linked my a/c to a iPad that belonged to one of my relatives. no one used the game in that device other than me. and Ive used it only twice. the problem now is i am a th10 . and the ios id was changed on the iPad. SO THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO CONNECT TO ANY IOS DEVICE. YAAY (SARCASTIC). SO i don't think u can too. enjoy the game in the sodding android device!

If you can get the details of the relatives devices GC account you can use those GC details to log in on your new idevice and play.

Im not banned and already explained it to support but they insist on providing first purchase receipt, why they should ban me? For buying gems, yea If Google or Apple ban me from using Gstore or Appstore maybe but I havent done anything wrong about clash of clans... My only mistake were linking to an stranger account, I were newbie back then and had no idea what will happen in future...

Its really not fair to punish someone because of lack of knowledge about sth

Before playing the game you are expected to have read and understood the terms of service which prevents you from buying gems from 3rd parties.
