Would 2 Earthquakes and 4 lvl lightning destroy the IT's in the centre?

If not how would you take this base as a Th9?

All troops are maxed out at Th9 apart from Valks which are lvl 1 and Golems which are lvl 3.

I know its possibly over ambitious but if there's a way I'd be interested in hearing it.

U can 2* it using GOWIWI with jump spells near TH, spawning from left side... No 3*, Two INFERNOS, u kidding ?
