I'm not looking for tips on what to upgrade, I just want to know if any of you guys see some flaws or things that could use improvement in my design, since I just recently changed my whole base layout and haven't had any serious attacks yet.
feedback would be appreciated
your base is good
centralised clan castle
great placement of mortars and air defences
symmetrical base ( puts attackers down on attacking)
clever air bombs by air defences like mine. how the air defence gets destroyed and they spawn air unit.
all of it is great
apart from the bottom storages how they are not protected by a wizard tower...
i would probably not attack you but if i did i would attack from the bottom and neutralise your storages
bad idea to upgrade both ur xbow at same time. and I am unable to tell if you are farming or hybrid due to your TH location.
Well placed wall breakers can break into 2 storages at once, try to put bring the bottom and left and right elixir storage places one wall up. Either way you have a nice base.

Is your base hybrid or farming?? If it's hybrid your town hall should be completely on the outside or people might not go for it. If it's hybrid then your TH isn't protected enough
Upgrade your walls, other than that it's good.
