So, i will be hitting TH9 in ten days from now, and I have started to think "What am I going to upgarde first?" So I started making a schedule (with four builders only):

But i dont really know how I am going to continue the program... Any tips?
Okay so when i do upgrades, I consider a lot of things. First, I see how much the upgrade costs. Then I see when my next upgrade will finish, and see how many builders I will have open and obviously check how many resources I have. Considering these two, I think and see if I can earn the resources spent back before the next builder hut is free, or at least enough to upgrade my next planned building. As a rule of thumbs, I try to make sure all the builder huts dont free up at the same time, so I try to get one or two expensive and time consuming upgrades and the rest being less expensive and less time consuming. This is how I minimize the time my builders are free. I just do this in my head every time I go online and look at my buildings upgrading. Also, another rule of thumbs is the longer the gap in time between all or most of your upgrades, the more you can afford to spend on one single upgrade since you have more time to earn the resources back. I try not to be ever stuck with free builders and no resources so you really have to just manage your upgrade times and judge how fast you can get resources. Dunno if this helped.

Hi Mate,
Having gone through this process very recently (TH9 for 9 days).
My tips would be –
- Have a plan – make it your plan – focusing on the upgrades you want the most whether it be xbows, wizards, even out defences or camps. My preference was to focus on xbows camps and drills.
- Be adaptable – if you happen to be raking in the gold or elixir over a couple of days adapt the plan to make use of it.
- Be flexible with timing – don’t have them finishing at the same time – be prepared to maybe start an upgrade you hadn’t planned if the timing works out better – the aim is to max everything in the end anyway!
- Know that archers cost requires 4th max elixir storage – this takes about 4 & half days from start to finish – I would plan to have this done by the time you want to start your second troop upgrade i.e. 15 days in.
I’m aware that some people like to do things slightly different but this is how I’ve gone about my stategy.

Yes they can, but considering they cost 2.25m elixir each I'm gonna save them until a bit later... I expect I will have a hard time saving up the 7.5m elixir needed for level 6 archers as it is, no need doing the camps at the same time.Quote:
