Night at the Movies

I have a problem with the Night at the Movies, when clicking on the ticket (near the mailbox) it plays for two seconds, stays black and then restarts Hay Day.


Has been like this for approx three weeks now.

Is there a fix for this?

This isn't tech support, I'm afraid. The forum is players helping other players. You will need to contact Support through the game to get their help on your issue.

To send in a ticket:

Tap on the cog wheel, tap on settings, then tap on help and support. Now tap on the magnifying glass. Type in 'contact'. A contact us form appears at the bottom of the page.

Ok solved it myself.

Went to settings, developer options, unticked force GPU rendering.

Now movies play, hope this helps someone as HD Tech Support does not.
