war weight of walls compared to defenses?

if i have 36 lvl 10 walls and 214 lvl 9 walls with mostly th8 level defenses except 3 lvl 7 wizard towers and 1 lvl 11 archer tower and lvl 12 archer queen and lvl 13 barbarian king
compared to someone
who has mostly lvl 8 walls and only a few lvl 9 walls with BK and AQ both lvl 10 and max th9 defenses

which has more war weight? i m trying to get to top 1 in war map

My observation is SC tweaks it here and there (donno why tho). Hence there is no transparency from SC on the actual weights for defenses. All we can do is speculate.

Off late i think walls/heros have been put to higher weight than before.

Best way to figure it out for you is to see the mar map where you stand.

I am guessing defenses because with my town hall 8 defenses and level 8-7 walls I am still behind someone with lvl 6 walls and mostly th9 defenses

My experience has been that heroes count for much more than walls.

Walls are weighted too heavily at the moment

The weight of walls is very heavy on war maching sence the update . On my th8 account it has mostly skull walls and is usuall matched up against a th 9 in every war.. So it's not an even way to do war weight as the system stands now ..

You don't get "matched" against anyone in the war match.

I'm not sure why your all complaining - I've bought 6 million worth of mid level walls - sets of 20 here and there in various attempts to find their current war weight...


ZERO weight is added to your base as you upgrade walls...


In the past it was :

lvl 8 33.6 aka 8400
lvl 9 37.8 aka 9450
lvl10 42 aka 10,500
lvl11 46.2 eac 11,500
-Compare to one mortar or Wiz tower build or upgrade (which is 500)
- so upgrading all 250 walls = the same weight as doing two defensive upgrades

Now post update - I have not bought 'new' walls - only upgraded exisitng once - and my weights at th 5 / 6/ 7 / 8 and 9 have not gone up at all when upgrading exsisting walls...
