People really need to understand that a lack of dead bases is not the same as needing to make war armies to raid storages. It's like if they can't have one extreme they think the only option is the other extreme. I barched active bases for most of my time in this game. Collectors don't need to be full for a base to be worth attacking. You simply need to be in a high enough league that the league bonus makes most bases in that league worth attacking if you can get 50%+ on the base with your inexpensive, quick-building army.
