Gemmers are NOT important here
Apologies for the inflammatory headline but id rather like your attention!
Now that I have it let me explore why I wrote the title. It's because it is true.
Gemmers are a tiny percentage of the game. They bring in very little revenue comparably when compared to the masses with their £5 here and £10 here. Or at least they should if COC wants a sustainable economy.
So please please stop telling others to put up or shut up when they complain about this update of insanity.
It's great for those at the top only attacking occasionally or those already maxed but as people leave and retire there will be no new max th10/11s. It's just too difficult to get there now without spending big.
So take a moment, consider the problem in 'global' terms. Consider the terrifying impact that this update will have on the COC ecosystem.
I say this as a COC addict (yes addict - not 'casual player'), who has played for nearly three years and three months. Set up numerous clans in our 'family'. Eight of whom are still going strong and pre war changes would push up to the top 200 comfortably.
So no, this is not an attack on anyone, it's a plea for those who aren't directly affected (yet) to try and see the magnitude of the problem.
To understand that this is as it stands the begining of the end.
It's a shame, a great shame.
