Why punish active players?

I slept early last night. I opened my village to find that i have no shield with full pumps(boosted). After collecting from my pumps i looged out. Lo and behold! After 5 seconds I got raided. This happened not just once.

Hmm, you're definitely doing something wrong. My base wasn't maxed at th ten and yet I had no trouble amassing enough gold for the eagle. Perhaps a new base design or drop a few leagues.

That's true, stay between 800-1200. And don't hold much resources at your base, spend them as quick as possible. I had only 1 million gold and 1 million elixir and 8000 dark elixir at my base and people was only attacking me to drop their trophies. It works! I am spending my resources as quick as possible and i won 72 defenses this season, NOT just from 1 troop, i won some defenses fairly. One person got 49% at my base, and others got like 30%, 40%.

I'm so sorry to hear that. But I didn't have trouble with eagle artillery without spending a single gem on resources. I guess its too late to say this, But i farmed 10.6m Gold and elixir before the update dropped XD.

OP, don't forget the PBT that also punishes active players.

Forgot about that as well, so we get put to front of search que for playing. But then also get kicked off game for playing to much.

When you say like that I realize the update cause us play much harder to gain more resource but the PBT kick us from playing to much. It almost like "hey you, I make new rule now you gonna make two time productivity than before". But then "hey you, stop do anything now cause you have done to much". :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:
