I didn't hang out in Silver farming dead bases with Barch for hours on end. That style was deeply impacted by the changes, and people probably earn less loot doing it now. That is not the only style that was impacted (TH sniping for instance).

Just because one style of play was impacted by the update does not mean that other styles of play were not enhanced. SuperCell made a business decision to enhance the styles of play that lead (in their analysis) to revenue. They also decided to mitigate styles of play that (in their analysis) negatively impacted their game business.

Not everyone on earth has to play Clash of Clans. People who cannot adapt to new play styles can feel free to play competitor game #1, competitor game #2, or competitor game #3. SuperCell is a business, you can choose not to patronize them.

It was a very simple question: How much loot per hour did you get before the update? The answer is you don't know. So when you say "better" it's based on what? What's better?

I used to make 6-8 million of both in 2 days while I was farming casualy.
I used to make 15-20million (boosted) in a day while I was farming hardcore.

I am now able to make 6-8 million casually farming in 2 days.
I haven't tried farming hardcore after the update because of school soo..

lets also take into account not everyone is maxed th10 so they won't lose much resources or just won't get attacked and I'm guessing you have max heroes you have been going to tell others loot is amazing of course it is for maxed th10s ...

If you've only collected for the past 3 months, that is hard to distinguish. Your original post did not state 3 months. You have clearly raided hard in the past (about 200 mil of each resource, 45 mil assuming 6 top collectors for 900 days).

This is like natural selection. Some adapt fast some slow and some go extinct.

New update is "new" not bad. I still find bunch of dead bases. Perhaps it doesn't even take any extra nexts. It used to be 40-70 avarage and it still is about the same.

There are some things to be fixed and supercell will take care of those as they have done before.

I agree with the OP....and those who say otherwise....I just don't believe you period....😃....fact is I've farmed this game in all ways...example of how hardcore I have been....those new 25 walls....yeah I farmed them all to max in 7 days 12 hours...by hand...many time before and after update I write down where I start and where I end....I do the math....a norm reg farming boost before was around 3-4 mil per hour, sometime a lot more, of each....now it's around 1.25 mil each per hour....no matter im so close to being maxed again, couple more week I'll be maxed....however I can't even start to imagine trying to max a base now from start 😂😂😂....ggggood luck 😂

This is the arguement of a ten year old, with the guns to the head and stuff... At least present a more mature example.

Anyways, what they did was a bad business move that made a lot of customers unhappy. It wasnt the best decision it seems. If in the end they earn less money because of the update, we will know the update was for a fact, bad. If they keep making millions a day like they used too, the update is good for their business model.
