Im not sure if this was ruled out or not but what i mean by this... When someone visits your base like a clanmate allow the player to click a button that says "ask to borrow" and if the player accepts the request, the person who has it pays the rate on which the owner has arranged for them. This could be hourly or daily and however the player wants it to be. Note this may not be abbused because the people who think they can jack the price dont realize that nobody is going to rent it. In a way this could be abbused because some people already have most of the heroes but are not leveled up. This could be like if you have a lower level king then the owner does it takes the place of yours. If you have the same level or higher you can rent it for half health. If it is ruled out tell me but if it isnt then comment and see where it goes.
