How's it been everyone? I've stopped playing mostly, any reason for me to come back?

It's different that before the update.

I still enjoy it and don't really see any difference in my gold raiding pre/post update.

It's actually easier to get DE, though be prepared for others to come take yours.

Elixir is the real issue. I think if they made graves worth the cost of the attacking troop if your defense wins that would solve many of the issues.

i'm finding the same types of bases u had previously, there's no change to storage raids in that sense. Perfectly possible to see bases that are 400k/400k gold elixir. Others high in DE. Most of which are high leveled. 30+ heroes, on lava + walls.

I find it it hard getting 70% for the extra loot bonus and so I am losing out post update for similar attacks pre update.

But it pretty much I am doing the same things.
other people are saying that it is easy to get 70% against another base so I'm assuming that I am just bad :smirk:

if if you are in a clan it may or may not be quieter for you upon your return.

Trophy dropping? I'm did drop to c2 to avoid the Th11's but they are starting to creep down the leagues. So I've decided to go up the only way I know how... Let others trophy drop on me :smirk: you Gotta be careful these days it's like when you park your car in a multi-storey. You think you left it over there but in reality it is 5 floors above you.

I think that all the PBT kinks have been worked out, but then I didn't have as much problem as other people.

TH9's have it pretty hard when they are starting and my TH8 is struggling as people have started squatting in Silver and are now "milking". I thought that was a term farmers used in relation to their cattle. But apparently it is the new way to play.

Many my threads start & finish with the term "a real chief .,," which started from a response by support stating that farming was not part of the game and had been removed ... And finished with the line real Chiefs.... Which implied that farmers aren't real Chiefs at all. Other threads start and end with comments - but that is how supercell intended the game to be played


oh btw. Some people appear to be active but still have their TH outside. Still snipe is as you can get gold / Elric and DE from there now.

as a town hall 9. In ANY league can i average the same loot per hour as pre update without attacking significantly more?

I think you can based on my exp...Here's my log from yesterday; haven't attacked today as I have been pushing on my TH11...

As you can perhaps tell from the log, I am hunting DE and enough elix to cover my army...And yes that is an expensive army but I more than covered my costs...

Edit: I don't know what you were getting pre-update but if you were a hyperefficent farmer then probably not...

FTR, I have always attacked with heavy armies - it's just my style...

Lol. I was avatarless for most of my forum life. When I became a moderator people kept asking when was I going to get an avatar. I like being anonymous So a clan mate done me the square... Even let me pick the colour :)

I like it because if I decided to delete it I would go from anonymous to invisible :smirk:

The trophy dropping in lower leagues is still an issue. But loot never really was awful, and it remains pretty consistent at "pretty good."

I'm doing fine. Bought 2 more lava's last night, that makes an even 25 (along with queen to 25 and king from 20 to 22, 3 total upgrades) since the update dropped (it's been 3 weeks exactly, more than 1 lava per day). Half way to another Lava with gold too :thumbsup:
