Dragons take too much elixer
need a nice strategy
I use this strategy in war. It still uses three dragons, but otherwise nothing really expensive.
Army Camp (200 space)
20 Hog Riders
3 Dragons
6 Wizards
11 Archers
1 Giant
Clan Castle (20-25 space)
1 Dragon
1 Wizard (if 25 space)
1 Archer (if 25 space)
Spell Factory (6 space)
2 healing spells
1 rage spell
When scouting, find a path for the hog riders to get to the Air Defenses. They NEED to destroy both Air Defenses. You will place the hog riders in two groups, one for each air defense. Also find a corner to lure the clan castle troops to.
Attacking
Place a giant to lure the clan castle troops (Watch out for Spring Traps!). Bring the CC troops to the corner and place two Dragons. Now, place your hog riders. Check for giant bombs! Use healing spells on the hog riders. Now, place your other two dragons, barbarian king, and some wizards. Watch your enemy's base get destroyed!
Something similar to drags is mass loons. Use 3 lightning to take out one ad, drop enough loons to take out the other ad while placing loons around to take out other defenses. Like surgical hogs but with loons. 30 arch to cc luring and cleaning and drag in your cc to tank the remaining ad for a few seconds while the loons get to it. A bit less expensive and not de draining, but should work just as well.
24 hogs 15 wizards 1giant 15 archers 3 healing hogs in cc
If you're doing attacks in war as a th7 there's no excuse not to use mass dragons. Warring isn't for loot, it's for the win.
GiBarch up some elixir.
Do drag raids.
Opt out of wars is you don't want to mass dragon.
But most TH7s can be 3 starred with 4 lvl 2 dragon the rest level 4 loons, 3 lightning and CC max loons.
30 loons
35 archers
15 barbs
Heal spells
Works great but dragons still the way to go
