due to this new update i find it very hard to collect resources..i have not been able to even select proper troops that i can use to collect maximum rsourcs..help me with the troops i should use and the trophy range i should keep to speed up my progress...experience lvl is 75
My wife is maybe mid-TH8 and I farm for her now and then. Thus far I've had success with BArching. Queue each Barrack with 25 Archers, 21 Barbarians, and 2 WB. Line barbs on one side, bust walls, release remaining barbs and archers, enjoy.
BAM(Barb, Archer, Minion) likely will still be useful, but most TH8 will find that DE better spent on Hero upgrade.
I have had great success with the following army: 8 giants
8 wallbreakers
and remaining half barbs and half archers.
Deployment: DO NOT deploy giants before you break the wall you want to go through. Deploy 2-4 barbs as a distraction and use wallbreakers to open the compartment. Then deploy all ur giants along with ur barb king. Deploy barbs and archers in waves of 20 each. Use wallbreakers as needed. DO NOT use more than one spell. I prefer taking 2 heals and one rage. If the base is tough or you need to break into the core, then use 2 spells.
