To people who have experience dealing with lost village.

This isn't about my account, I'm fine.

My clanmate has a tab that's no longer compatible with LATEST version of CoC. Version before TH11 patch worked fine, but of course it's obsolete.

Unfortunately he's dumb and never linked his account to gmail (his tablet is android).

He sent an email (plain email from gmail) to CoC support but they replied to him to send report from the tab he was using. The tab can no longer load CoC, heck playstore doesn't allow him to install the update. So how?

Get the apk online and run it. Don't install it from Playstore.

Do NOT uninstall the app.

You can't. Keep replying until they have a real human respond to it.

I don't want to link a 3rd part site but if you do a Google search "CoC APK" you will find past and present APK installations. Just download the APK and install (upgrade) it.

So you guys recommend sideloading huh? I'll give it a go and make sure no uninstalling the game.
