it says contact them from within the game... what that means?
They probably wont release your account details in an email. I think they want you to message them from your clash of clans app so that when they restore your account they link it to your device without telling you the email/password.

if you need more clarification just send them an email with the link above. I find it strange everyone is being so difficult to you, they come to the forums to complain about the update and you actually need help.
