I had 2 villages that I had been switching back and forth with. My mom was forced to switch her iTunes password for work (Which one account is on). When I went back to the account of the switched password. The other account showed and didn't give me this message as normal.

The achievements still on game center that I have on the lost village, but the clash of clans account is the same on both. Help Me!!!
As your both the villages are linked to 2 different gameCenter just clear data of clash of clans from your phone settings and sign out both the accounts of game center. Then sign in again in game center and go to clash of clans and sign in your desired village. It will get fixed.

Sign out of GameCenter and reinstall Clash. Then try and sign into GC and open Clash again. If both your accounts were linked they should still be linked so your villages won't be lost.

4. Login to your switched password Game Center account and make sure it is that Apple ID that the App Store is using.
5. Re-install Clash of Clans from App Store
6. Launch Clash of Clans
7. You should get the popup asking if you want to load your old village and the town hall level of that village.
