Um i dont think so, it would beso misleading for other players if they had so, first of all supercell did say that when you first chose your name in 2014 that it could not be changed, but then they let people only do it once just to be nice, this time it would really assure that the player is satisfied with is name...

SC has already stated that they will not be adding any new name changes due to account security reasons. Sorry!
Why is there a request for this five times a week there is no need for a name change it just confuses clan mates
Some people regret the choice in name that they picked, even after having a second shot...
