Th9 pekka upgrade to lvl4

Since the th11 comes i barely find easy village to loots almost all the time i search th10 and th11 always comein and almost no more dead base.. ive checking my friends bases every time and i see they are not been raid anymore since update even their collectors are full... if you keep the looting harder for th9 maybe you should make our pekka to lvl4 too hehehe ..

GoWiPe already has an appropriate a out of power, so I don't think buffing the pekka is necessary

And besides that, loot availability won't change when you receive a new pekka lvl.
The amount of loot available will still be the same as you're finding right now.

These 2 things are completely unrelated.

I don't get this gripe. You'll get 2-4 attacks through your shield while its up, and you can easily replace all the loot you've lost if you simply take advantage of that.

Up pekka lv4 at th9 ..

he obviously means to upgrade the pekka so when it is stronger he will be able to raid for loot more easily because the pekka will be stronger.
