Awaiting companions at "Wandering Monks"
Hello Friends,
I have started a new clan a few days ago - Wandering Monks. (Clan Tag - #2QY20C9U)
- There are many grown-ups who've taken to this game. they are the more mature participants in this game and tend to feel a little lost amongst all the younger voices. I welcome such players, and give them a chance to enjoy this game without losing their maturity.
- At the same time, there are many players who are now getting categorised as "rushers", as if it is a big crime. I welcome such players too. They can stay with us and slowly and steadily balance their game by upgrading defences, troops and resources.
- I am looking at players who can stick to a clan, understand donating troops is an important part of this game and Warring with best troops, strategy and discipline is important for winning Wars. At the same time, winning and losing are part of the game.
- In our clan, the big idea is to get the clanmates to farm & upgrade the base (even let them use gems once a while, no harm in paying for your entertainment), together learn to use the various troops and spells, donate troops requested by others, so that other can return the similar favour, maintain a minimum level of troops so that donations are not too imbalanced, enjoy wars twice a week at the times commonly favored by clanmates.
- As far as sharing responsibilities/authorities is concerned, we are looking at having upto 5 co-leaders and 20 Elders. Both based on loyalty, troop donations and war performance. And everyone with authority should be on same page about Clan Rules.
- We wish to encourage a fair amount of chatting on the clan's timeline for bonding better with each other. In our experience, silent clanmates create a coordination problems during wars, even if they are basically nice people and excellent attackers. And without coordination, it is very difficult to run wars after wars.
Right now, as the first move, we have taken whoever showed interest, but with time, as we get the players who match our primary objective, we wish to take the clan closer to the description given above.
I welcome all those who think such a clan could be of interest to them.
Regards,
Goblin Cleaver
