That base looks to me set up to defend hogs. It's got multiple spots for double bombs. If you have no info and your war can only allocate one attack to the base, I'd go drags.
Here's how I'd approach -- sacrifice your king to lure the cc dragon, then poison it (assuming you can get a high level poison donated.)
Kill the bottom AD with 2 bolts and an EQ, then run drags and a rage with the extra spell space. Attack from 12 o'clock. I'm pretty confident you will get it.
You could also probably not lure, just run a traditional drag attack. In this case, I'd bring a donated haste along with the rage. Use both side by side to get to those AD faster, with the rage on the side the cc drag comes to.
The problem with drags, though, is if they don't work, and someone else has to clean up after you with hogs, he's learned little from your attack. If this is the case, I'd try to guess where the bombs are and run hogs. You may lose, but the next guy can probably three star with the knowledge your fail provides.
We face this very common overused internet base almost every war, so it just gets rektd with surgical hogs..
You can also try dragloon zapquake and bring a heal and max hogs for that southern AD.
Can goho or mass hogs fetch 3 star this base??
Wrecked this base with surgical hogs last war. Brought 36 hogs, 5 wiz, 5 max hogs in CC. Double poison on the CC, dropped 4 hogs on each defense starting with the ones closest to the DGB near the air sweeper and circled the base with them. Got the 3 star with something like 16 hogs remaining.
As others have said, hogs or goho would work. If you'd like to save de you can do zapquake with mass drags. Kill that far left ad with 2 lightning 1 earthquake, send in cc hogs (max if possible) in bot to go towards that gold cannon, drop a heal over it and the ad, hogs kill cannon and hogs will go for ad. Then funnel 10 drags from the right side to the other ad, using cc haste (again if possible) or poison for the cc drag. BTW, start the drag funnel before you release the hogs, don't want them to aggro cc troops.
