Problem with the new update

the new update has a couple of problems. The problems are:
i great clash of clan player . I was farming . But i was the top player in the local. I have town hall 8 full maxed base . So i have decided to upgrade to town hall 9 in december 2015. Now my base has became rush. And now i not in the players in local. Because whenever i search for attack they give me town hall 9 maxed base which is almost impossible for me. And i cannot save any resource to upgrade my defence building because town hall 10 players with maxed bases attack me . It is not fair. You should do something . Another problem is the personal break time is too short . It take 1 hour to train my troops (without boost) .within 4 hour i can only do 3 to 4 attacks. It is almost impossible for me to bring 2 million gold or elixir in 4 hours.the new update has made the game very difficult to play and it just killed farming bases. So i am requesting you to bring the previous version or fix these problems or else you will lose many players . I have seen many people telling the same thing in the clash of clan application review in play store and app store. Please read my message.
