1 - Queens hate jump, and that's why I quit using it. 4 EQ is the way to go. You can open a ground path to the core/DE on 90% of bases, (most bases have at least one spot with 8 squares or less from outside to core) and get the queen into shooting range of the DE and TH on the other 10%. Yes, it's spendy on DE, but it absolutely gets the job done, and I don't hit anything under 2500 DE in Masters 1-Champs III. Sometimes I get tricked by DE in the drills and not the storage, miss one and don't get my 2500, but that's rare.
2. Defending CC Pekka get killed by my leading BK and wiz/CC troops + poison before they even get to the queen. My fave CC to bring is a L4+ Pekka and a max giant. I drop the EQ, drop the CC, drop 6 healers for my CC, and then create a funnel with 6 wiz. Then I drop the BK if I have him, followed by the queen, both of whom follow the CC into the core and DE. I wait until the queen starts taking damage to drop the other 6 healers for the queen. 14 minions to steer the queen or take extra buildings to hit 70%. Rage on the healers if things get hairy, heal for the healers if they start getting hit by an outlying archer, and use her ability just before the raid ends to top her back up to 100%.
