Is this normal?

I am new to the forums. I just created my forum account a couple of weeks ago in order to express my thoughts on the new update.

One thing I have noticed is: There are many many many posts from players. Some asking some pretty good questions or expressing some real concerns. Yet, I have not seen a single post from any developer or representative of the design team.

Is this normal? I can see where they may never have replied to anything. It just seems this board is a place where players are shouting at a wall and no one is listening.

They used to be pretty vocal with us. But it has become less and less. Not too sure of the reasons why, but I'm sure they have some.

They're on vacation, I think.

SC doesn't care.
Simple answer.

This isn't normal compared to the former transparency they had before hand, indeed.

They are rich now, and rich guys dont care about poor one!

Normal or not, it is quite annoying. At least to some of us.

What is not normal is people still continue to complain during the holidays, which should be a time for relaxation, enjoyment, or whatever. The staff and devs are probably on a vacation too and will not be able to read, let alone respond to any of our concerns.

IMO it's been this way for a while. But don't be misled that they don't pay attention or don't get informed of what goes on. Continue to make your voice heard.

Yup it's normal. I don't think I saw a single dev/SC employee posting on a question/suggestion thread (except on some rare threads about update complain). They are sooooooo out of touch that they thought this garbage update will be good for game ♥♥♥♥
