Walls or defenses ?

Walls are always a solid investment, plus they are inexpensive (comparatively) so you can keep spending fast and avoid being looted.

OP do you war a lot? If so work on heros and then do the stuff that will hurt you least in wars. I went 3 months doing nothing but heros and minor stuff so as to avoid getting harder opponents in war. Last two wars I had a blast taking on my "equal".

It's not a good hour to loot now, try in 6-7 hours

Besides that, I found a TH10 with almost filled max collectors just 20 mins ago. Evil guy had all his dark drills in the core though :facepalm::facepalm:

Well... I'm doing both of them together right now.
2 builders on defenses, 2 builders on royals and 1 builder for walls.
Level 9 walls aint that difficult but if i had to choose I'd do defenses first.

if you focus on war i suggest go for wall and any offense capability first then defense
