No, it appears to just have been a server maintanence :thumbsup:

I heard they reduced available loot in collectors to 5%. And also divided total loot between all buildings so you have to 100% a base to get max loot...don't forgot those builder huts folks.

(Just a joke)

I think they made eagle a bit stronger. Just my opinion just got smoked by one in war and have hit them many times and never noticed it was there.

I believe you need a client update for AI tweaks. More likely it was matchmaking "tweak"..
