is there any hope of a fix to once great game

Since the update feels like i am just treading water
Not getting any ware is there any point in prolonging
This agony.

I was actually slowly sinking until the 1 gem boost came out. Quick but temporary fix to dried up loot. Not a solution for sure.

With them not responding I don't see them fixing anything.
