Let me share some real logic with you:

A game cannot survive without the support of it's player base. SC has done little to nothing in an effort to "appease" the masses.

Rather than spout off nonsense about how you think/hope/pray SC is not as foolish as they seem to be, I suggest you hop on the "complaint thread" bandwagon (if you want this game to survive)....if SC doesn't address the issues people are complaining about in these threads, you won't have an �� to kiss.

Sorry but your experience is little to be able to judge if update is good for all or not. At least th10 is needed to be able to judge whether update is good or not :)

They will not throw their game from the window in their minds. But in fact yes they are doing so. Did Nokia/Blackberry lose their market share & brand name because they decided to do so on purpose? Or they took wrong decisions which their customers didn't like? It is the later imo. Not talking about greedy or not but think about those 2 big names example I put above. Do a research about them & find truth :)

The update affected different players differently. How often you played, what th level you were at, and even where in that th level (new, max, etc.) plays heavily on how much you were impacted. I am a new(ish) th9, so it's only a couple months since I was in your shoes. My needs/priorities at max th8 were way different than now.

Also, I was used to constantly keeping all builders and lab busy. Pre-update it was a challenge, but I could still do that at th9. For the first 2 weeks after the update, my progress just stalled. It wasn't until I dropped leagues (I was in champs when the update hit) that I could again keep progressing decently - in other words, builders always busy and lab always running.

There are exceptions, but it seemed like although everyone has been hit by the update, the hardest hit were the ones who were new/low in their th and who were used to keeping everything busy. From your post it sounds like you had less of an impact due to being at the higher end of th8.

SC is not infallible. They have broken the economy before when they introduced elixir walls. If it happened before, clearly it can happen again.

What is it about th8 posts? Maybe you figure you've had 8 out of 11 townhalls but believe me you've experienced less than half the game content.

Okay. Then please upgrade your TH to 9 right now. Comeback and tell us how its different before/after update

SC does and will profit from changing game mechanics they do not earn just from upgrades by making farming terrible they slow the progress and more players become impatient and will start to buy gems more ...

That is aside I agree it does not have to be greed the reason behind changes it could be good motives also but what is intended is not always gurantee good results...

Yeah lol. All th8s stop being ♥♥♥♥y the moment they become th9 & search changes.
but I truly do feel for them, so happy I'm a max th9 right now. And there's no way I will become a new th10 .This update insured th9 is my end game. There's still war though, the only good part of the game left imo.
