No, posts claiming that it is impossible to progress without spending money, and there are many of them, are far more damaging to the game.

Sorry to hear that things are not going well for you OP...

Hang in there and hopefully SC will make adjustments to keep more casual players in the game - we need them because if there is no one but the hardcore (whether gemmers or not) this game will die much sooner!

I agree with you and my take is that there is an extremely large segment of the player population that is neither skilled in or interested in anything other than snipes / collector raids. The fact remains that this game needs causal players as much as it needs gem-spending whales...

Doctor Drill, everyone's experience of the game is different, he posted his and there's really no need to go on a diatribe about his experience and calling him a liar.

Perhaps ps as a new th 10 you could say what you are doing that's working? The attacking within a shield is good - if you have the time, but how are you coping with new matchmaking against max infernos? I'm only needing to do walls and heroes on my main account at th 10 and gibarch doesn't cut it, th9 matching is rare and needs a lot of netting to find anything decent (M3-Ch1) . That's just my experience.

if you can share how a 220 army space can get lots of loot from max tens, or a better league for loot then that's a bit more constructive.

for me, I hate the update, progression has slowed on both accounts, and it's no longer the fun it was, but I can live with that knowing they will improve it.

..not the game, but definately these forums, I am actually staying away because of the multiple hate und whining threads. Nothing new, just more of the same unpleasant endless moaning. Where as in fact, the game has become better. I feel the unhappy mob is gathering here, and they start feeling they are right because they keep clapping each others' posts. Yes, maybe going down and farming off players way weaker is less interesting now. Why not try something else then?? (High league farming is grand atm!)

Very valid comment. I suppose SC should consider that when making their decisions about "how the game should be played", if they still want to retain those players. It was certainly fun to make heaps of loot with very little effort by sniping league bonuses and I would love it if it was still the way, however these posters who now say it is impossible to progress without buying gems are sending a very misleading message.

It was never my intention to label the OP as a liar, or go on a diatribe, BUT, if you say you can't progress in this game after the update without spending money, then that is false!!!!

Since upgrading to TH10 I have been using an army of 28 balloons, 40 minions, 2 rage, 2 heal. Looking only for bases that are vulnerable to air attacks and only using spells when the league bonus is at stake. Why do you assume that you have to attack when the opponent has max infernos???

I also tried GIBARCH and it didn't cut it!!! So I tried other strategies and moved up and down leagues.

I only attack max 10's when they are I brimming with loot, and certainly do not expect to take it all. The majority of the time I'm attacking max TH9's or fresh TH10's.

I'm 39 and I don't know a single person our age that acts as childish as you just did in this post.
Plus, I'm married, have a job, children(4) and a life. Nope sorry dude. No time for the way this game is meant to be played.

Supercell employee for sure. If not he's lying about having a life and plays every second of the day he can or is ignoring his wife and kids to grind and doesn't have the wits about him to know it.
