Any unit + walk refers to that unit going around the outside of the base. I actually saw a start with a pekka walk before I saw the queen walk for the first time. They are usually a smaller portion of the attack.
Super queen and queen charge are where you direct the queen into the center of the base. They make up almost the entire attack.

Many consider it underhanded or cheap, but it does have some degree of difficulty (I almost missed the TH on this particular raid).
