Well I try to look at the positive with this.
We need to see what the economy is going to be with no boost to get a real idea of the state of the economy.
That way they can determine if a loot injection is needed and where it can best help.
If they don't know that they can't fix the problem.
So as much as it sounds like a bad thing, in the end it is a good thing.
