How many on here actually boosting collectors, mines, and drills?

I boosted all my defenseless minis before going on holiday. I figured it would help the coc economy and was in the spirit of giving.

Upon arriving at the grandparents house I started checking on my bases a few times a day. Care to guess what happened?

All those defenseless mini accounts (9 of them) ended up with maxed out collectors in under 48 hours and have yet to be hit a few days now, clearly they were hidden from que very fast. Merry Xmas and don't forget to use that holiday $ to buy gems! ♥♥♥♥♥♥steal needs a new yacht.

BTW somethings wrong with my Xmas trees this year, they arnt spawning presents like last year😢, Xmas got shanghaied!

Ok before the update I was always boosted gold, elixer, and de, every 10 days I was farming the next 10 I'd trophy push, not th snipping, and doing that I had 10 to 12 million for upgrades every 15 days with loot bonuses and attacks and boosting, so then we get this update so I drop the boosting and do attacks, I have a full Max army before I was using gowipe, after the update high loot bases are 100k with loot bonus that didn't cover my army, so I switch to goblins and earthquake only, if I was lucky if get 75 to 100k, now if I manage to get in 4 attacks I'm doing ok but wait, everytime I'm attacked I'd lose 6/700 k back to square one, so to boost everything is 230 gems a day, now 10 days of shield is 500 gems plus 230 a day 2800 gems, after my shield is almost up I can buy 3 more days of shield 250 gems plus another 690 for boosting, now my math may be a bit off here but boosting produces 1,176,000 a day in loot multiply that by 13 that's a total of 15,288,000 in gold and elixer, so upgrade during this time empty your storages as much as possible attack for another 21 days for all the shields to come around have fun call it practice, so in a months time if your decent and lucky with your attacks loot bonuses and cheap armies you could easily make 20,000,000 in loot each even with loses thrown in, of course that cost money,
2300+500=2800 then 690+250 for a total of 3,740 gems, at an expense of $35.00 a month, now of course not everyone has or is willing to spend that on a game, and of course you can tweak that some and still play casually and at least get your base upgraded if that's what it takes, just an idea

Not using gems at all. First Christmas that I haven't used my iTunes card on coc :p

I'm boosting what I can but have no gems and only using what I get from cutting trees etc. I won't be buying any gems period anymore

Definitely a band-aid solution to a failed economy. This weekend was the first time I saw my storages full ( from boosting and raiding). I used to do 2-3 lava's a day...

I'm boosting my mines and drills. Elixir collectors I've done a couple of times but probably wont do so again after today.

Strange because I find Elix is the hardest resource to come by now after update

I did it twice, but then refused to, sc use to do it for a few days for 1 gem... Has SC really become this bad?

been constantly boosted using bush gems since the 1 gem event started.

Only boosting my DE drills, only have heroes to max at TH9.

In between messing around with Dragloon, am enjoying the odd revenge "milking" raid on TH 9\10s, with Barch+goblins 💰
