Need advise please

I am mid th10 with Giants level7, wizards level6, the rest th9 troops and freeze level3. I need a troop combination that will be effective against other th10 bases in respect to elixir. Currently I am at 2600 trophies and I don't want to go higher than that. I get attacked too often and lose a lot of resources.
Please advise of a troop combination based on which I could profit in elixir and perhaps dark elixir if possible, with out increasing my trophies.

There's no such troop composition, and that's the problem with the way supercell wants us to play the game

I dropped to silver, good loot and you don't get raided for loot (just gifted trophies)

I keep heros down so I don't go and stay high, hard to win with both heros down. But like anything set a budget, how much de and elikir you are willing to use then build an army based on what you have and in your budget.

I am in low leagues running barbs and gobs and bout to try giants and gobs, cheap on elikir.

Those level 7 giants could be really useful! 20 or so giants with barch could be perfect! In regards to spells, to gain loot you need to put in some elixer for spells. Train some lightning and earth quake to take out mortars and wizard towers. Hope this helps!
