New method of gaining all loot

First off I know many of you are casual clashers but if you can log on 2-3 times a day and attack you will gain loot with this method without a doubt. I use a simple balloonian strat... 25-30 loons and around 40 minions with 4 rage spells. If possible ask for a drag in ur cc with loons to fill up the rest along with a haste or poison spell. I am currently in crystal where there are alot of meaty town hall 8's with pink. Look for a base with air defenses along the outside and decent loot. Put a rage and about 7 loons at each ad with minions behind it and you will cream the base. send the cc and ur heroes in as clean up and you should stack up loot pretty fast!

From above you can see there is still loot but you have to look for it. The reason why the break of attacking is because we had a war. If you boost ur barracks it is twice as fast to train and you can attack even more! Have fun and I hope you like!

REMEMBER THE ABOVE ATTACKS HAVE FROM A 35k-55k LOOT BONUS!!!

If you're only after gold, that's a decent result, though average at best. But you barely cover the cost of elixir that you spend on troops.

Hardly making a killing.

30 loons at 4.5k each is 135k. I can't remember what level 4 rage costs, but level 5 is 33k so add another 132k. Ignoring loot bonus you need to find a base with 267k elixir and get all of it before you make any profit at all. Even with level 4 rage you need to smash a base with lots of elixir. I can make far more profit with gibarch as a TH9 than I could with this strategy.

Sad to say that 14 months ago I was using loonion with 1 spell... Now people seem to use 4 :(

Loonion farming isn't exactly new. I used it when I was an early TH 9 over a year ago.

You're no making much progress... Barely making even.

And that's very little gold.

I only use those armies for revenge when I can't get 400K of each at least.

If not, only use GiBarch, and even with that the progress is very slow now.

I don't complain about the loot, I have gotten plenty, but now I'm being attacked as well, so it's a lot slower.

actually the elixer adds up beautifully... I have gained over a million in this span from just raids

I have gained a load of de from this along with gold aswell... Somehow i have gained elixer with the loot bonus in play... My goal is to get to champs and start using it.

let me explain why your strat is no good.

First you say, to someone who can attack 2-3 times a day.

Then you have them build an army that costs 267k Elix
Then your images show you average about 200-250k Elix

Meaning your strat looses elix every attack.

Now lets look at your gold gained, about 200k ish each attack. If the attacker attacks 2-3 times per day, and gains 400-600k in gold, and only gets attacked twice for the same amount, the net profit is only 0-200k. Add in costs of nexting and rearming costs.....yeah this wont gain much if any.

Finally DE, your army would average what, 200-400 DE to make?

And you averaged 600ish DE per attack? Thats a net gain of 200-400?

Then subtract your 2 defenses (for me thats 2500, but well just say 600.

So your total gain of 3 attacks, is 600-1200, and net loss of about 1200, so basically a loss of 0-600.


Your strat works because it looks like you attack every hour, where as your asking someone who attacks every 8-12 hrs to have the same result.

This strat worked well for me when I had 6m Elix to waste thru, not so much when I didnt, cause you steady lose Elix the entire time.
