Not sure about game balance for TH10/11 though. I think the general opinion in the forums is still is that it's too difficult to 3-star TH10s, so this buff to defenses would probably only come after they improve the attacking capability further for TH10/11.
The wallbreaker thing does sound cool to me too - but I think it may be too strong against players using gowi variations, especially because those strategies tend to hit the CC on the fly instead of luring them to a corner. (Just digressing a bit.. but making attacking players bring a valkyrie to deal with defending wallbreakers sounds interesting to me though - I'd like to see more valks in action at least.. but not sure if they'd get the wallbreakers in time even if they stand next to the golems)
I personally would have liked to see pekka's deal more damage to enemy AQs - as a counter to AQ-healer attacks. I think more players would fill their CC's with a pekka to defend their loot in multiplayer mode. That might work in SC's favor if more players cook pekkas for donation perhaps? - pekka's dont really come too cheap actually. So that might be incentive for them to buff defending pekka's.
I like the fact also that archers file out slower - but as long as the order of coming out of the CC doesn't change. Sometimes I put 10 archers + dragon in my CC, instead of balloons + dragon, because I like to make it hard(er) for enemies to lure my dragon from my CC and killing it with poison. There's an extra 30 secs added to battles now anyway, so every I think defenders deserve more chances to prolong the battle as much as they can.
Also, it may mean clans have to be more careful in planning their attacks for war - because the second and subsequent attack will be more valuable after collecting information on the CC. I would like that strategic dimension of wars.
I think this suggestion could be looked into (once they sort out the other problems which perhaps should deserve higher priority)
