Is there a problem with war matchmaking?

Hey all and happy holidays,

My minis clan is currently level 7 and got paired with a level 9. Now the issue is not with clan levels, however the enemy has 7 th11s where we have 2.

My first thought was the clan has rushed bases, only to find out the 11s are maxed.

I recall hearing of wars being balanced post th11 update?

Can someone clarify if this issue is noted and/or addressed?

Clan is kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ we all need to drop +5 to hit an equal th.

Yes, there is a problem with war matchmaking. My clan has been in some rough and unequal wars post update. It has been unfun.

Supercell doesn't care about clan wars. Was a late addition to the game when people complained that "Clash of Clans" wasn't a very apt description of the game. War matchmaking has been broken for a long time. Lots of easy fixes but SC doesn't care because wars don't really generate coin for them. It's all about the dolla dolla bills, yo...

Wars were good prior to the update. Our war clan been matching up with too many town hall 11s yet we only have 2.

War matchmaking was broken long before the last update. Even without TH11 our clan was significantly over matched in most of our wars.

Of course they have to give advantage to gemmers... the game will be dead without them.

No, there's no problem Chalovskii, learn to adapt and quit whining! Maybe if you can't learn to adapt, you could just quit the game? :)

Yes we have noticed much harder opponents. Last war was unbalanced. In our top 6 we have 3 th9's and 3 th8's. Enemy had 2 th11's and 4 th9's. We won cause we used more attacks but we should have been crushed.

Adapt or Quit. I have no issues with the clan war matchmaking so it's clear you shouldn't be having any issues either (by people who have defended the update's logic)
